What Our Customer Says
Good Glass Nail Files
I play and teach classical guitar and most classical guitarists really take their nail condition and shape very seriously, including me. We have to shape our nails in various ways depending on how they grow, to get them to make the best contact with the guitar strings for that perfect tone. Glass nail files have always been a favorite of mine to use because they seem to file much smoother than emory boards or metal nail files. These short, glass files are pretty good - i have a favorite glass nail file that was given to me as a gift year ago and i protect and treasure it because it gives me the perfect edge. These aren't nearly as good as my other glass nail file, but are good enough to keep one in my guitar case and one in my studio. i still have to smooth my nails edges down even more with a very fine grit sand paper but I do that no matter what nail file I use. But, for the person who is not as particular as me, these glass nail files are very good and come in a protective plastic case.Loveguitar # VINE VOICE
Small yet effective
These are perfect for traveling because they are small yet sturdy. Sharp enough to be used to cut unsightly hairs, trim up your moustache/beard, or even cut threads that are poking out, etc. They came with minimal packaging/waste which is appreciated. They went straight into my travel kit and I know they'll be getting a lot of use in the near future! :)Brett T # VINE VOICE
Yep. Sure do clip.
They are nail tools that function as they should. They aren't big ones, but they do what they are meant to do. No more. No less. The fake leather holder for them looks alright, tooTrevor Z. Batey
These are great, especially for the price! You get 2 pairs. One pair has a rounded safety edge which is perfect for nose hair, and the other has a curved straight edge. These are sharp and seem very good quality! Lightning fast next day shipping. Very happy with this item and reccomend!Christina
Awesome quality for the price!
These are great for the price! We go through a lot of nail files between my husband, myself and 2 dogs. These are a good grit for shaping nails after cutting, especially on tough toenails (and my pups' nails). These will last us the rest of the year for the price I normally spend for one similar (thick, black) file at the drugstore. They're sturdy, easy to grip, and they do the job. We're very happy with these.Shana # TOP 1000 REVIEWER VINE VOICE
Excellent value for price. Works well. Are a little longer than my personal preference.
These are an excellent value for the price of sub twenty. I expected those sort of “flat” scissors that look like something you used in second grade, but these are contoured and sharp. I do, however, have a single pair that are twice the cost of these two together and made of titanium which are slightly better. But if you want to graduate past those stupid versions that come in the haircutting kits (which really should be for second grade construction projects) these would be an excellent choice. Used on three types of hair, a very coarse short cut on a young guy, a longer cut with medium thickness wavy hair guy and to trim the ends of a womans hair that is thin individually but thick in amount. These are a little long for my personal taste when cutting hair short, you need to watch carefully. But for trimming the ends of long hair these were great, as I could do a longer distance at a time. The version they call a tooth blade I know as a blending shear and I find it useful when cutting a fade to blend the two levels. These worked well. I am not a professional, but I have been cutting my family's hair for a fifteen years and these are a nice pair of scissors. Be careful not to cut any ears with them! Two kids mom # TOP 500 REVIEWER VINE VOICE
